How our Accident Management service can help you

If you were not responsible for the accident, you will almost certainly find that your insurer will require you to initially pay the excess on your policy before your vehicle can be repaired.

This sum of money should be recoverable at a later date; however, our bespoke Accident Management service enables you to get all the help that you need without having to pay your excess at all.

How does this work?

Your claims advisor simply takes the details of your accident and when the other party has accepted they were at fault, we provide assistance and recover the costs and charges directly from their insurer on your behalf. It’s as simple as that.

As you are not claiming your policy, this has the added benefit that your no-claims discount is not affected by your claim.

Where will my car be repaired?

When we arrange your vehicle repairs you have two options available to you:

  • We use one of our approved Accident Repair Centres
  • You choose the repairing garage yourself

We arrange repairs for vehicles all around the UK, so we have established a network of Accident Repair Centres that have the facilities and expertise necessary to deliver an excellent repair service for our customers.

Some customers specifically ask for a manufacturer-approved repairer or just a garage that they are familiar with. This is not a problem – tell your claims advisor and we will use the one you specify or locate a manufacturer-approved repairer for you.

Can you give me a suitable replacement vehicle
and legal assistance?

When we take the details of your vehicle we use this to provide you with a replacement vehicle that is matched as closely as possible to the type and engine size of your own. The majority of the vehicles we provide are less than 6 months old and are delivered typically within 3 hours (if your vehicle is un-drivable) of accepting your claim.

Legal assistance is also provided to assist with the recovery of lost earnings, expenses, or claims for personal injury compensation.

Use us instead of your insurer, and you do not have to pay your policy excess. Get a replacement vehicle that is similar to your own while yours is repaired. Not all insurance policies will include a replacement hire-car for you to use if yours is damaged and unroadworthy. In fact it is typically an 'optional extra' on your policy. Other policies may offer a 'courtesy car' but this is often just a 'basic' saloon or hatchback which may not be suitable for your needs. Car Call and its partners will provide a comparable replacement vehicle as part of our service. This means we will endeavour to supply a hire-vehicle that similar to your own in terms of its type, make and engine size. So whether you drive a small hatchback or a prestige sports car, we will look to provide a similar hire-vehicle that suits your needs.

Your vehicle is repaired to its pre-accident condition. If you have been involved in a car accident, the last thing you want to have to worry about is the quality of the repairs to your car.
